Oceedee is an accessible luxury brand for high quality women shoes that inspires a sense of glamor, confidence and sensuality in the modern day woman.

Problem 

Oceedee connected with Brandslane with multiple layers of problems - all accumulating to the brand not able to rightly connect with their ideal customer and maintain communication to bring out their brand ethos and quality. It was clearly evident to the founders from the people engaging with the brand or even purchasing - These people were not going to be the raving fans of the brand.

This made them struggle with the ROAS on any advertising platform they tried. 

With the lack of ROAS, the brand was not able to scale, and founders were tirelessly struggling to take the brand to the potential they felt it had.

Oceedee connected with Brandslane with multiple layers of problems - all accumulating to the brand not able to rightly connect with their ideal customer and maintain communication to bring out their brand ethos and quality. Now after being in engagement for 1.5 years, the brand is at 5X+ Returns on Spends, and overall revenue growth of 509% in 2021 as compared to 2020.

The team immediately got down to revamping the message in the form of ad and creative pieces. 

1. First step was to educate the creative and founding team on the direct-response ad creatives and setting up system for smooth requirement sharing for future. 

2. Benchmarking and setting standards was the next tackle. Before, the brand didn't know the cost they were incurring to bring people at different stage of the funnel. "If you don't know your numbers, you can't win the game." 

3. The solution to the challenge of selling high AOV product in Indian market with a brand connect was - The two step funnel. Our ad strategy was to first bring a pool of audience to show intent towards the brand by adding to cart their favourite pieces. Adding to this, the engaged people were brought back into the conversation by re-engagement campaigns. 

The second step was to re-market to the above collected pool of audience and remove their objections by writing many different story hooks for ad copies. 

4. The impact the above audience had brought over 600% ROI within the first 60days period. The data learnings from these high value purchasers, improved the ad platform's understanding of the ideal OCEEDEE customer. This then improved the default standards of the audience that kept coming to the website from ads.

The one constant thing about Fashion products is that it's constantly changing. Backed with a detailed analysis from the campaign numbers, we kept changing between multiple collections depending on scenarios like - work from home wear, back to office wears, festive collection, wedding season's favourites, bold colors in spring-summer, etc. This kept the brand vibe fresh and always gave audience something new to checkout and stay engaged.
